All About Adrianne

Adrianne Wagner, MA, NCC, owner of Bloom Counseling Services, is a therapist working in the field of mental health since 1998. She earned her Master's Degree in Community Counseling in 2008 and is a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors and is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).

Adrianne specializes in working with people in codependent relationships and experiencing life transitions. She approaches her client's needs through treating the whole person; mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. She has an eclectic approach in counseling; blending cognitive and behavioral skills with a person's ability to access their own inner wisdom, to come to conclusions and decisions for their greater good.

Approach to Counseling

Adrianne takes the approach that making meaning is a central theme for most people, one that is questioned mostly during times of conflict and transitions, when one or more life domains becomes unbalanced.

These life domains can be seen to fall under four basic dimensions of human existence; The Physical, Social, Personal and Spiritual Realms.

An exploration in the area/s of imbalance, each session focuses on present moment awareness in order to make meaning, release thought patterns that no longer serve the client, and utilize skills for positive change, growth and empowerment.

Approach to Coaching

As a coach, Adrianne takes a solution-focused approach that honors the client's inner knowing and resourcefulness, partnering with them in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Through coaching you can:

• Discover, clarify, and align with what you want to achieve.

• Dig deep into your own self-discovery.

• Generate solutions and strategies that work for you.

• Create personal responsibility and accountability.

•  Unlock your full potential.

Coaching can be done in-person, through Zoom, or even over the phone from wherever you are in the world!
